The undersigned acknowledges that the referenced event is a physical exhibition scheduled to take place in New York, complemented by an optional online component. REALM Architecture & Interiors (“Organizer”) reserves the right to modify the venue, dates, or format of the exhibition as circumstances require, with reasonable notice to participants.
By submitting work through the REALM platform, you agree to the following:
Submission fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Fee amounts and payment terms are displayed at the time of submission. The Organizer reserves the right to offer fee waivers or discounts at its discretion.
The Organizer will determine the final placement, sizing, and presentation format of all exhibited works. Physical works must conform to the dimensions and specifications outlined during submission. The Organizer is not liable for any damage to physical works during the exhibition unless caused by gross negligence.
All intellectual property rights in the submitted works remain with the original creator. REALM may use images of the exhibition (including exhibited works) for documentation, marketing, and archival purposes. Proper attribution will be provided wherever practicable.
Personal information collected during registration and submission is used solely for the purposes of exhibition administration, communication with participants, and event promotion. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties beyond what is necessary for exhibition operations.
In the event that the exhibition is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or venue unavailability), the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide partial refunds at its discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the exhibition. The Organizer’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of any fees paid by the participant.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Participants will be notified of material changes via the email address provided during registration. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County.
